Missing you all!


Marge and I reminisced about our wonderful trip, over Anita's fine photos and my attempt to recreate a Moroccan  eggplant salad. Picture us having drinks with olives, almonds and eggplant salad in pretty little bowls from Sale potteries. You all were with us!
Anyone ready to share photos of the rug purchases?

    Our tagine (maybe one of those in the photos, who knows?) is sitting and waiting for us to soak it, but I DID make a harira which was excellent if I say so myself! Olives are part of our evening ritual too. How was the eggplant? Recipe worth sharing?
    As for rugs, Ed is still stressing, as ours apparently have been sitting in Casablanca for 10 days. Did anyone's arrive who had them mailed?

    Karen and I got the items we bought at the first artisan place (Ourzazate ) just this week. That was only one week into the trip, so be patient.
